Chanelle Brown

Candidate for NULYP

Western Regional Vice President

Thank you for visiting my website. It is with great optimism and passion, I present myself for the National Urban League Young Professionals Western Regional Vice President role. I have served in the movement for 9 years and started my Urban League journey with the Los Angeles chapter. I am currently a member of the Sacramento chapter and have prided myself on providing leadership, support and visibility to the West Coast region.

As a YP leader, I’ve managed award-winning teams on the West Coast and East Coast, and fostered strong partnerships with NUL. I have fostered deep relationships in the Western Region and across the movement. I have a local sensibility with a global perspective. I pledge to always have my eye out for the West and work to raise the visibility of this region, bring material resources, funding and strengthened programming to this region. Each chapter and each region brings something unique to the table. My goal is to help Western Region presidents and their Executive Leadership Teams design their own formula of success and leverage the very best of their local talent.

At this time, I’d like to further my leadership by serving this beloved region as the Western Regional Vice President role to increase our engagement, collaboration and results.
